Any person has the right to know if, in the Entity, we are processing personal data about them or not. The interested persons have the right to access to their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of the wrong data or to request its deletion when, amongst others, the data will not be necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected.
In specific circumstances, the interested parties could request the limitation of their data process; in this case, we would only keep them for the period or in defense of any claim.
