U-40 middle simple trolley to weld

The U-40 middle simple trolley to weld is an hardware which is used specially for the sliding folding doors with overlapping panels and curved doors. It´s a system which goes through the top rail or track and is welded in the doors panels which enables the sliding and swinging door movement.

This hardware has 2 metallic wheels, 2 reducing rings and a brass washer allocated between both reducing rings. The reducing rings are the elements which are welded in both gate panels, by welding each reducing ring to a panel, which enables door folding or swinging.
