U-40 middle simple trolley to weld in stainless steel

The U-40 middle simple trolley to weld in stainless steel AISI 316 is an hardware which is specially used for the sliding folding doors with overlapping panels and curved doors. It´s a system which goes through the top rail or guide and is welded in the doors panels and enables the sliding and swinging door movement.

This hardware has 2 metallic wheels, 2 reducing rings and a brass washer allocated between both reducing rings. The reducing rings are the elements which are welded in both gate panels, by welding each reducing ring to a panel, which enables the door folding or swinging.
